BE SURE TO READ THROUGH OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHERE DOES YOUR FISH COME FROM?

Our fish is imported mostly from the UK and our Salmon comes from both Scotland and Norway. The British fish is bought across 4 markets ranging from Cornwall in the South-West of England to Peterhead in the far North-East of Scotland.

2. HOW FRESH IS YOUR FISH?

From market to client – 48 hours!

3. HOW WILL MY FISH ARRIVE?

We prepare all of our fish to the client’s specification. You can take it whole and cleaned or as pre-portioned fillets, ready to serve with no bones! All fish is delivered iced, vacuum packed and in our classic polystyrene boxes.

4. HOW DO I STORE MY FISH?

Everything is vacuum packed so you can store in your fridge and open and use as you wish or simply pop into the freezer for later!

5. IS YOUR SALMON WILD?

No. However, we do source from a farm that harvests in very pristine waters, is ASC approved, and 130 miles above the Arctic Circle. Taste and fat content is excellent!

Wild salmon is now protected with a short season (1st June to 1st September) and can only be caught on a rod. This means a very small quantity is in circulation.

6. WHY IS MY FAVOURITE SHELLFISH OUT OF STOCK?

Any month with an R in it means shellfish is available. That means May, June, July and August you should avoid if possible as they are not at their best!
