A favourite fish that is slightly sweeter than Cod but part of the same family. Our personal favourite for fish and chips and is the best white fish for smoking. Traditionally sold in fillets and sizes; Haddock is recognised by a dark lateral line and a black spot on either side of its body.
Cook it: poach, bake, fry or grill. Great for fish pies and fish cakes.
