A great looking fish that is considered the best tasting of the Breams. It is successfully farmed in the Mediterranean regions of Greece and Turkey giving consistency and availability all year round.
Cook it: Leave the fillets with the skin on and add roasted garlic cloves, sea salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Wrap in foil and pop in the oven for 10 minutes.
